In addition to all this tech stuff, I also have a strong interest in physical fitness and nutrition, having been a pack-and-a-half a day smoker for 15 years who quit smoking, changed his diet, started working out and subsequently lost 50# - I recently completed the 'Run up the Hancock' for the 4th time!
